I was drinking water like a fish sometime last year for a long time. I don't have bad skin, but I could definitely see a difference in my completion. I stopped drinking soda and rarely drank juice. If I did, it would be apple juice (which is my favorite juice.) Then somewhere in between I stopped drinking water as much as I used to and my skin reverted back to how it was before.
Currently I have a 35 case bottles of water that I bought sometime ago and normally all the bottles would be gone by now, or at least one or two left. However, I still have a lot left. I want to get back into getting water like before. Today is 7/20 and I'm going to make some changes from here on out! :)
